How much does transaction support cost?

The cost depends on the complexity of the property and the region. We offer transparent rates and package deals.

What documents are required for exequatur?

Court decision, apostille, notarized translation, and power of attorney. We handle the entire process.

What types of residency permits are available in Spain in 2025?

Ways to obtain a residence permit in Spain:

  • Residence permit for financially independent individuals (residencia no lucrativa)

How does autónomo registration work?

We submit the application to Hacienda, arrange social security, and open an bank account. Everything is done online and is a turnkey solution.

What permits are required to build a private house in Spain?

An architectural project, construction permit, and completion statement are required. We provide support from start to registration.

Is it possible to accompany a client to the police station or city hall?

Yes. We provide accompaniment with an interpreter, explain the process in advance, and prepare all documents to avoid errors and delays.
